國(guó)家發(fā)展改革委日前表示，國(guó)家將發(fā)布新版市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入負(fù)面清單，同時(shí)推出一批放寬市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入特別措施，為全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)一步放寬準(zhǔn)入作出探索，為各類經(jīng)營(yíng)主體提供更加廣闊的發(fā)展空間。

China will promote the introduction of guidelines on improving the market access system and publish a new version of the market access negative list in the future, Zhao Chenxin, deputy head of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) told a press conference Thursday.
國(guó)家發(fā)展改革委副主任趙辰昕8月1日在新聞發(fā)布會(huì)上表示，將推動(dòng)出臺(tái)完善市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入制度的意見，還將發(fā)布新版市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入負(fù)面清單。

The NDRC will introduce a batch of special measures to relax market access, Zhao said, adding that it will explore further relaxation of market access nationwide and provide a broader development space for various business entities.
趙辰昕表示，國(guó)家發(fā)展改革委將推出一批放寬市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入特別措施，為全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)一步放寬準(zhǔn)入作出探索，為各類經(jīng)營(yíng)主體提供更加廣闊的發(fā)展空間。

In the meantime, it will formulate guidelines for the construction of a unified national market, with greater efforts to break down barriers and constraints such as local protectionism and market segmentation.
趙辰昕介紹，國(guó)家發(fā)展改革委將制定全國(guó)統(tǒng)一大市場(chǎng)建設(shè)指引，更大力度破除地方保護(hù)、市場(chǎng)分割等障礙和掣肘。

Through these measures, "we will continuously stimulate the intrinsic momentum and innovative vitality of the entire society, and inject a steady stream of momentum" into the advancement of modernization with Chinese characteristics, Zhao said.
趙辰昕表示，通過(guò)這些舉措，將持續(xù)激發(fā)全社會(huì)內(nèi)生動(dòng)力和創(chuàng)新活力，為推進(jìn)中國(guó)式現(xiàn)代化源源不斷地注入動(dòng)力。

The country has the conditions, capabilities, confidence and determination to effectively achieve the growth targets for this year, Zhao added.
趙辰昕表示：“我們有條件、有能力、有信心、有底氣戰(zhàn)勝發(fā)展當(dāng)中的問題、轉(zhuǎn)型當(dāng)中的挑戰(zhàn)，高質(zhì)量完成全年目標(biāo)任務(wù)。”
